Delete your Satiate account

You can delete a single meal, or your whole account and everything in it, at any time — in the app or by email.

Delete one meal, without deleting your account

You do not have to close your account to remove something you logged. On the Home tab, press and hold any meal — or tap it to open it and use Delete meal — then confirm. The meal and its nutrition record are gone from your history straight away, and this cannot be undone.

If that meal came from a photograph, the image file itself stays in our image storage until you delete your account, as section 3.3 of the Privacy Policy explains.

Delete your whole account: in the app (instant)

1. Open Satiate and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Delete your account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It cannot be undone.

Delete your whole account: by email

Can't open the app? Email hello@clanassist.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Satiate account". We will delete your account and reply once it is done.

What account deletion removes

• every meal photograph you uploaded, from our image storage;
• your profile: body statistics, goal, preferences, timezone and targets;
• every meal you logged, with its nutrition data;
• your sign-in identity with our authentication provider.

What may linger briefly

• Background job history at Trigger.dev, for up to 1 day.
• Database backups at Neon, for up to 6 hours.
